Autobots: The Ones Who Were Alone

Once, they lived apart — each robot alone, waiting in the dark.

Each robot woke up alone — in an empty field, in a quiet scrapyard, under a sky that never answered. They had no home, no name, no one to talk to. At night, they listened to the wind and wondered if there was anyone else out there like them.

Then one night, a small robot heard something. Not a voice — a hum. Faint, warm, like a heartbeat far away.

He followed it.

Across the field, over the hills, past the broken machines that never woke up — he found them.

And there, in a valley full of soft light, he found them. Others. Just like him. Alone, until now.

One by one, more arrived. They shared stories, shared warmth, shared the little light each of them carried. And the valley that was once dark slowly began to glow.

They were no longer lonely machines.

They were Autobots — not because someone built them that way, but because they chose to gather, and to never be alone again.
